Shipping policy

At Long Lane Naturals, every product is handcrafted in small batches. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care that goes into every product.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Long Lane Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Long Lane Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the damaged product(s)
  • photographs of the shipping box (if applicable)

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost, we'll gladly assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

Extreme Temperatures

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, they may soften or firm depending on the temperature during shipping.

This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

If your product arrives soft, allow it to return to room temperature before opening or using.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale processing times may differ depending on order size and current production schedules.

Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of ordering.
